Median home prices in Dublin rose to $457,900 in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Dublin rose by $29,000 while total sales decreased by 59%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $457,900 - a 6.8% increase over the $428,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Dublin in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Dublin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $9,345, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
