Home prices increased in Dublin during June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Dublin rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 90%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $417,500 - a 4.4% increase over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Dublin in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Dublin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $9,345, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
