Darbydale home prices rose in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Darbydale rose by $126,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,000 - a 252% increase over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Darbydale in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Darbydale for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,306, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
