The third quarter of 2020: Groveport experienced a 6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Groveport rose by $12,750 while total sales decreased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,250 - a 6% increase over the $212,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Groveport in the third quarter of 2019.
