Grove City home prices rose in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Grove City rose by $21,000 while total sales decreased by 50.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 74 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 9.4% increase over the $224,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 150 homes sold in Grove City in the third quarter of 2019.
