Worthington home prices rose in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Worthington rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 57.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $338,000 - a 8.9% increase over the $310,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Worthington in the third quarter of 2019.
