Median home prices in Bexley rose to $425,000 in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Bexley rose by $85,100 while total sales decreased by 71.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 25% increase over the $339,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Bexley in the third quarter of 2019.
