Upper Arlington median home prices rose by 5.3% in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Upper Arlington rose by $23,000 while total sales decreased by 33.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 81 homes sold, with a median sale price of $460,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $437,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 121 homes sold in Upper Arlington in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Upper Arlington for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $8,662, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
