New Albany home prices fell in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in New Albany fell by $30,500 while total sales decreased by 35.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $542,000 - a 5.3% decrease over the $572,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in New Albany in the third quarter of 2019.
