The second half of 2020: Lincoln Village experienced a 21.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Lincoln Village rose by $28,100 while total sales remained unchanged with 37 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,000 - a 21.6% increase over the $129,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Lincoln Village in the second half of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Lincoln Village for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,007, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
