On July 21, Angela Marie Austin Epps and Phillip Joseph Epps Sr. purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 2372 Meredith Drive, Columbus from Engle Construction Inc. for $157,000.

This property is one of 36 sales so far in Columbus in July 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Othelia Renay Patterson, 71, was the only registered voter residing at 2372 Meredith Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
