On Aug. 2, Patricia H Taylor purchased a home at 9467 Winding Lane, Landen from Brett G. and Laura Ann Frey for $110,000.

This home last sold for $131,000 on June 3, 2002.

So far in August 2021, four properties sold in Landen.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Brett Gregory Frey has been registered to vote since 1996. Laura Ann Frey has been registered to vote since 1997.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 9467 Winding Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Nathaniel Gregory Frey, 22, Brett Gregory Frey, 46, and Laura Ann Frey, 48.
