Home prices increased in Dublin during July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Dublin rose by $42,100 while total sales increased by 68.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $500,000 - a 9.2% increase over the $457,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Dublin in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Dublin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $9,345, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
