Falling home prices in Alliance in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Alliance fell by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 8.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 13.6% decrease over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Alliance in July 2020.
