Home prices increased in St. Clair during July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in St. Clair rose by $54,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,000 - a 63.5% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in St. Clair in July 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in St. Clair for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,464, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
