Fairfield median home prices rose by 11.1% in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Fairfield rose by $18,470 while total sales increased by 31.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,900 - a 11.1% increase over the $166,430 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Fairfield in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Fairfield for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,185, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
