Franklin home prices fell in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Franklin fell by $10,700 while total sales increased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 6.7% decrease over the $160,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Franklin in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,890, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
