July 2021: South Lebanon experienced a 28.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in South Lebanon fell by $59,250 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,750 - a 28.2% decrease over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in South Lebanon in July 2020.

The median sales tax in South Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,723, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
