Rising home prices in Brewster in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Brewster rose by $89,850 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 81.6% increase over the $110,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Brewster in July 2020.
