July 2021: Home prices in Willoughby increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Willoughby rose by $18,500 while total sales increased by 6.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 10.8% increase over the $171,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Willoughby in July 2020.
