Home prices increased in Madison during July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Madison rose by $36,550 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,000 - a 23.2% increase over the $157,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Madison in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Madison for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,188, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
