Springboro median home prices rose by 10.2% in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Springboro rose by $31,675 while total sales increased by 22.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $341,675 - a 10.2% increase over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Springboro in July 2020.
