On July 30, Charles C. and Janet V. Estes sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 3628 Madison Road, Cincinnati to Oakley Crossings Holdings LLC for $410,000.

So far in July 2021, 598 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Janet Lee Estes has been registered to vote since 2001. Charles C Estes has been registered to vote since 1989.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 3628 Madison Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Andrew C Estes, 30, Janet Lee Estes, 50, and Charles C Estes, 49.
