3437 Evanston Ave., Cincinnati acquired by Abraham Mejia Amiri

The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 3437 Evanston Ave., Cincinnati was sold on July 31 by Avis Denise Henderson for $130,050. The buyer was Abraham Mejia Amiri.

This property is one of 598 sales so far in Cincinnati in July 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Avis D Henderson has been registered to vote since 1989.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3437 Evanston Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ned Butler, 36, and Avis D Henderson, 65.
