July 2021: Home prices in Apple Valley increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Apple Valley rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 11.6% increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Apple Valley in July 2020.
