On July 28, Doral Properties LLC sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1384 Twenty Third Ave., Columbus to 368 Properties LLC for $98,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $566.48, 0.58% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, 849 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 1384 Twenty Third Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Terrance Maurice Collins, 23, Jordan N Beasley, 31, William Steve Easley, 59, and Quamell J Holder, 21.
