1187 Hunter Ave., Columbus acquired by Ebony Douglas and Brandon Murphy

On Aug. 19, Ebony Douglas and Brandon Murphy purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1187 Hunter Ave., Columbus from Josh Roby for $575,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $5,887.34, 1.02% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, 281 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Pauline Eversole, 94, was the only registered voter residing at 1187 Hunter Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
