The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 845 Bowman Ave., Columbus was sold on Aug. 9 by Euceda Painting & More LLC for $200,000. The buyer was Ashequka M Lacey.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $584.20, 0.29% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, 219 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 845 Bowman Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Robert L Sheldon, 65, and Lynetta L Sheldon, 63.
