Ep Investments Group LLC sells 5224 Leona Drive, Covedale

On Aug. 14, Ep Investments Group LLC sold their two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 5224 Leona Drive, Covedale to Robyn and Brenda Franklin Clemons for $139,900.

This home last sold on March 4, 2013 for $38,000.

This property is one of three sales so far in Covedale in August 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 5224 Leona Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Barbara Kay Snodgrass, 36, and Margarette Ann Buckley, 69.
