On Aug. 16, Holly K Bronner and Gabriel M. Stiver sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 4343 Tower Ave., St. Bernard to Mark and Corey Sena for $165,000.

The last time this home sold was April 10, 2019. It last sold for $109,000.

So far in August 2021, eight properties sold in St. Bernard.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 4343 Tower Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael Jerome Swafford, 28, Karie Ann Swafford, 29, Merissa Ellen Hall, 33, and Kerry J Hall, 32.
