The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 4672 Hamilton Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Aug. 17 by Michael C. Rausch and Kim A. Steinsiek for $140,000. The buyer was Tetzner-Torio Properties LLC.

So far in August 2021, 310 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Michael C Rausch has been registered to vote since 1989. Kim Anne Steinsiek has been registered to vote since 1994.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 4672 Hamilton Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Vincent Aurelius Rausch, 27, Michael C Rausch, 60, and Kim Anne Steinsiek, 59.
