On Aug. 16, Cincinnati Webb I LLC purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 1214 Gilsey Ave., Cincinnati from Raineth II B Cincinnati LLC for $976,997.

The last time this home sold was April 7, 2014. It last sold for $15,000.

So far in August 2021, 310 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 1214 Gilsey Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Antonia K Hill, 24, Robert M Marshall, 56, Johnette Loren Wilson Tchelidze, 62, and Keith a Morris, 43.
