On Aug. 17, Alexander D Dowell purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 2836 Sterrett Ave., Cincinnati from 1562 Ruth Ave LLC for $137,500.

This home last sold for $17,500 on Aug. 9, 2016.

So far in August 2021, 310 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 2836 Sterrett Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ricky a Rodgers, 41, Taylor D Rodgers, 26, Ronay J Lyons, 20, and Latonia a Lyons, 48.
