On Aug. 16, Cincinnati Curated LLC purchased a commercial property at 34 W Court St., Cincinnati from Boutique Properties LLC for $340,000.

This commercial property last sold on Dec. 23, 2019 for $285,000.

So far in August 2021, 310 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were six registered voters residing at 34 W Court St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Sarah Davenport, 38, Timothy Karoleff, 35, Abigail Ann Purvis, 33, Michael William Templeton, 58, Steven James Mills, 55, and David William Hagedorn, 54.
