On Aug. 25, Habitat for Humanity Mid Ohio sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 1612 Briarwood Ave., Columbus to Faiza D Farah and Rage O Mire for $142,000.

So far in August 2021, 323 properties sold in Columbus.
