On Aug. 10, Larkin Street Homes LLC purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 5167 Thomas St., Maple Heights from Donzella L Commons for $131,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,893.56, 1.45% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of five sales so far in Maple Heights in August 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Donzella L Commons has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 5167 Thomas St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Marissa D Commons, 23, Maurice W Commons, 52, and Donzella L Commons, 48.
