Oak Ridge home prices rose in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Oak Ridge rose by $28,600 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,000 - a 17.5% increase over the $163,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Oak Ridge in August 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Oak Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,966, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
