What happened to the median home price in New Miami during August 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in New Miami fell by $61,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $35,000 - a 63.5% decrease over the $96,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in New Miami in August 2020.

The median sales tax in New Miami for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $895, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
