Pricing for the median home in Dublin increased during August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Dublin rose by $160,500 while total sales increased by 68.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $561,000 - a 40.1% increase over the $400,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Dublin in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Dublin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $9,345, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
