August 2021: Orange experienced a 61.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Orange rose by $191,550 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $505,000 - a 61.1% increase over the $313,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Orange in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Orange for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $8,330, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
