Good Investments 2 LLC purchases 924 Hawthorne Ave., Cincinnati

The four bedroom, three bathroom home at 924 Hawthorne Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Sept. 1 by Msti Investment LLC for $280,000. The buyer was Good Investments 2 LLC.

This home last sold for $247,600 on Oct. 6, 2017.

So far in September 2021, 11 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 924 Hawthorne Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: David G Haines, 45, Mark Tyler Korb, 37, and Linda L Lester, 45.
