On Sept. 8, All Streets LLC sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 783 Lock Ave., Columbus to RS XII Columbus Owner 1 LP for $160,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,375.72, 0.86% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 56 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 783 Lock Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Riley Taylor Reed, 21, Christopher Troy Ferguson, 25, and Jason a Damron, 35.
