On Sept. 1, Msti Investment LLC sold their six bedroom, three bathroom home at 922 Hawthorne Ave., Cincinnati to Good Investments 2 LLC for $280,000.

This home last sold on Oct. 6, 2017 for $247,600.

So far in September 2021, 39 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were six registered voters residing at 922 Hawthorne Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kimberly Rana Henderson, 63, Stacia Marie Hollander, 45, Clarence Raymond Griffin, 58, Barbara Helton, 55, Steven Robinson, 55, and Christopher R Hall, 27.
