Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices fell in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Loveland in Hamilton County fell by $67,500 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 26.2% decrease over the $257,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Loveland in August 2020.
