Pricing for the median home in Norwood increased during August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Norwood rose by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 21.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 16.8% increase over the $167,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Norwood in August 2020.
