Lincoln Heights median home prices rose by 760.5% in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Lincoln Heights rose by $180,501 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,236 - a 760.5% increase over the $23,735 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lincoln Heights in August 2020, as well.
