The last time this home sold was Sept. 5, 2018. It last sold for $58,900.

So far in September 2021, 58 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Justin Jay Reagh has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 212 Baxter Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Justin Jay Reagh, 33, and Lance J Fowler, 50.
