On Sept. 20, Vest Weis Properties purchased a 10 bedroom, six bathroom commercial property at 3440 Westview Ave., Canton from D & K Property Enterprises Ltd. for $559,800.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $3,373.44, 0.6% of the sale price of the home.

This commercial property last sold for $460,000 on Sept. 13, 2019.

So far in September 2021, 167 properties sold in Canton.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3440 Westview Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: David Benjamin Fein, 42, and Arthur S Williamson, 45.
