The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $1,123.73, 1.63% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 167 properties sold in Canton.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 725 12th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Amos D Simmons, 52, Tony R Porterfield, 52, Daniel L Watkins, 38, and Leigh a Sills, 38.
