On Sept. 16, Aba Essilfie and George Ansaeku Essilifie purchased a commercial property at 815 Seventeenth St., Columbus from Slbn Rentals LLC for $320,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $2,623.16, 0.82% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 178 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were five registered voters residing at 815 Seventeenth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ciera M Nelson, 28, Daniel L Moss, 38, Raymond Alfred Rose, 61, Alice Corda Sutphin, 34, and Ambus G Leonard, 49.
